Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or internationally.

We also do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

We are committed to offering smooth and timely shipping to all supported U.S. destinations.

Order Production Time

All of our products are made to order. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for our team to process and prepare your order before it is shipped.

For Customized or Personalized Orders

If you place a customized or personalized order, please allow additional time for our design team to complete your request. Production time for these items can vary depending on the complexity of the customization. Our goal is to ensure your personalized items meet the highest quality standards.

Shipping Timeframe

After the production process is complete, your order will be shipped and delivered within 3 to 4 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping carrier.

Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 6 business days
(1-2 days for production + 3-4 days for shipping)

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping Fee

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. This flat rate applies regardless of the size, quantity, or weight of your order.

There are no additional handling or packaging fees. One simple rate for reliable, domestic delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to follow the progress of your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 48 hours after placing your order, please contact us at support@puiia.com, and our support team will assist you promptly.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or suite numbers if applicable. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges.

Puiia is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages resulting from address errors provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to correct the address.

Shipping Schedule

We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

A. 60-Day Return Policy

At Puiia, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 60-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Please note: Items that are returned worn, damaged, or without original tags and packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

B. Missing Return Label? No Problem!

Our packages do not include a return label by default. If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply contact our support team at:

C. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@puiia.com with the following details:

• Your order number and full name
• A screenshot or copy of your order confirmation
• The reason for the return or exchange
• A photo or video of the item (especially if it’s damaged or defective)

We aim to respond to all return requests within 24 hours. Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We sincerely apologize if you’ve received a defective item or the wrong product. In such cases, we are happy to offer free exchanges or full refunds. Common eligible cases include:

• Products that arrive damaged or broken
• Items that are wrongly shipped or different in size/color from your original order

E. Exchange Policy

• Product is damaged, defective, or the wrong size was delivered
• Item is returned in original condition and packaging

To request an exchange, contact our team via support@puiia.com. For eligible cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges for items that are worn, used, or not in original condition.

F. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. If approved:

• The refund will be processed within 7 business days
• The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
• Banks or credit card companies may take 3–5 business days to complete the refund transaction

• Orders that have already entered production or shipping cannot be canceled
