Ordering & Payment

3. How do I place an order on Puiia.com?

Simply browse our website, select the products you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, click on the checkout button and follow the instructions to complete your order. You can create an account to track your order or proceed as a guest.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including: Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and more. All payments are securely processed through our trusted payment gateway.

5. Is my payment information safe?

Shipping & Delivery

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to locations within the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or internationally.

7. How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders within the continental United States.

8. What is the estimated delivery time?

Once your order is processed, we aim to ship your products within 3-4 business days. The total delivery time typically takes 4-6 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped using standard shipping services.

10. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

That’s a great question!

We know things can change, so we do have a small window to make adjustments. You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to contact us for any changes or cancellations.

Because we start processing orders immediately, once that 12-hour period has passed, we can’t guarantee any modifications to your order, including changes to the shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

11. What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. 12. How do I return an item?

To start a return, simply contact us at support@puiia.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of why you want to return the item. If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.

13. Can I exchange an item?

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items, or if the wrong size or product was shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@puiia.com, and we will assist you.
