After the 12-Hour Period:
Cancellation is no longer guaranteed and depends entirely on the current production status.
If the product has already entered production or has been shipped, the order is no longer eligible for a full refund.
Refunds: ✅ Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
2. Order Modifications (Changes to Size, Color, or Item)
If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the size, color, or replace an item), please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered production.
After the 12-hour window or once production has started, modifications are no longer guaranteed.
3. Shipping Address Updates
We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only update the address if your order has not yet been shipped.
Once a package has been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to change the destination, and any re-delivery fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
